Calling all moms! I'm excited to announce my new "Mom Strong" programming to you. This is something I have been wanting to do ever since having my little girl Emma :) Being a mom is the BEST, but it's crazy hard to find time or energy to workout some days. Everyone is always looking for a fast way to get in shape...I'm not here to tell you that it's easy, but with solid workouts and a little bit of effort you will see the results you've been searching for! Say goodbye to fad diets and fancy looking workouts and say hello to "Mom Strong" programming where you get thoughtfully programmed workouts from a mom who has been in the same shoes as you!
After having my baby I thought it would still be easy to go to the gym every day and get in a workout. Buuut as we all know...it's just not that simple sometimes! As moms we are all juggling lots of responsibilities in a day and sadly "going to the gym" seems to get pushed to the back-burner. Honestly, just packing up and loading a baby in the car to GO to the gym is a workout by itself!! But, last time I checked I didn't see “loading kids in the car" on the workout list ... even though it would be pretty funny to watch!
For $30/month Mom Strong programming is here to help moms or anyone who needs a quick and effective daily workout. These workouts will be 20-30 minutes 3-5 days a week with minimal equipment required. You will have access to warmups, workouts, and 24/7 communication with me online. Videos and descriptions of movements will be provided every day for your convenience. We will have daily exercise specific warmups. There will be a focus on core and stabilization exercises to gain strength and stability so we can perform our mom duties with ease! Carrying babies, car seats, and groceries are no joke, and being strong and healthy will make these all tasks a little lighter.
Members of the Mom Strong Community will also have access to a free, members only Facebook group for connecting with other strong moms just like yourself!
Coach Amelia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit L1 trainer, and CrossFit Gymnastics certified. She has experience with many different methods of training and is looking forward to helping you reach your goals!
